People like to call me ViJai. Basically, I was a Computer Science Engineer and worked as IT guy for 25 years. Due to my passion towards Real estate and Finance, I got deeply involved in real estate when I bought my first rental property in 2006. May be it’s in my gene. My grandpa used to be Big landlord back in India with many rental properties. He used to buy houses 50 cents on the dollar and fix them up and rent it out for his workers. So I guess I am destined to be a Real Estate Investor. With that advantage and my passion, I got my license to be Texas Realtor while working full time to help friends and families in around Houston by guiding them to take smart decisions on their real estate transaction to save money and time.

With my CFP(Certified Financial Planner) board education which provides SMART analyzing capability both in Finance and Money Management. Not every Realtor is made equal. There are all kinds of Realtors in Real Estate Industry. But I take pride in calling myself a Smart Realtor & Broker because I help clients make smart decisions by educating and enriching with required knowledge considering their financial situation. Our Brokerage

After helping many investors and residential clients since 2011, I decided it’s time to go alone and do my own brokerage. I want to nurture group of agents who are unique and different specialized in handling first time home buyers and real estate investors with their investment knowledge, technology advancement and market exposure. At the same time, we want to offer clients cash back option for all their time and effort put on the transaction. We don’t want to be agents who wants every deal in the world. We are going to have agents who want their clients to refer our service to every friends and families.

Our Specialization: As mentioned earlier, I have a great knowledge and expertise in Investment properties especially dealing with pre-foreclosed, auction or wholesale properties. We currently have 10 rental properties and manage around 40+ for my investor clients. I like to call myself Walking the Talk Investor Realtor and who likes to work with any type of investors whether you a newbie or veteran.

If you are wholesaler, Rehabber/Flipper, Buy & Hold (BRRR) investor, I like to collaborate with you to help make a win win situation. I love to coach and mentor new investors to start on their Real Estate Investment journey. That’s truly my game and totally enjoy it. At same time, I can find quick deals for veteran investors to close in no time to build their portfolio as well. I have also worked on doing 1041 exchange and buying properties using IRA funds as well.

Our Area of Expertise: We like to say that we know every area in Houston and around to the most part. I currently Iive Southwest Houston and called Sugar land home. I know pretty much Sugar land, Missouri City, Pearland, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy. I also lived in Northwest corridor near Willow brook and know areas in and around SH 249, Cypress, Spring, Tomball & Copperfield. I work with all parts of Houston and actually all around Texas.  We deal with client who buy lots in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio as well.

Nowadays most of the real estate transactions happens online, so there is no problem or restrictions on helping out the clients far out and anywhere in Texas as long they also want to pitch in and work together. We are member of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Greater Forthworth Association of Realtors (GFWAR) & Austin Realtors (ABOR).
